FYI® Corporation’s highly skilled support team is dedicated to providing timely, responsive product support to our customers and partners.

To provide the most flexible support possible, FYI Corporation offers three types of support contracts – Standard, Extended, and After Hours. Through these support contracts our customers and partners can arrange for varying degrees of customized support, up to 24-hour coverage. Please contact your Account Manger to initiate a support contract.

Professional Services
The FYI Professional Services team ensures success during the implementation of FYI Visual™ through the use of a proven methodology, template project plans, defined deliverables, Best Practices, and experienced personnel.

Project Managers - assist customers and partners to define project scope, required deliverables, and integrated schedules to meet the needs of each organization.
 
Business Analysts - work with the appropriate users and management to identify the data, enterprise metrics, applicable rules about norms and expectations, and actions for key stakeholders when those metrics are not meeting expectations.
 
Design Team – looks at data, user roles, actions that will be taken, and many other factors to design the most efficient, readable displays possible and provide maximum transparency into the enterprise.
 
Software Engineers and Architects - build the best solution based on the organization’s existing architecture, tools, and requirements.
 

The end result is a successful implementation leveraging the corporation’s existing investments in infrastructure and data to provide actionable information
