IN CONNECTION WITH OUR USE OR HANDLING OF YOUR INFORMATION FOR ANY INDIRECT,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR INFORMATION.
OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $10,000 IN THE AGGREGATE.
